cumlord seems like preference for ssu is ignored for me now :(
uop23ip dr|z3d, after update restart, torrents start, got good download rates and everythings green, after a more than 1 minute connections decline, after 3-4 minutes some get grey, now all except one grey, some get for a short time green with low connected peers, download some seconds, become orange stalled, nothing in the logs so far
dr|z3d ok, thanks, uop23ip
bpb dr|z3d, that makes grepping for feds a lot easier!
dr|z3d keep an eye on those logs, let me know if anything turns up.
dr|z3d bpb: indeed it does :)
bpb dr|z3d: Does purokishi route over ygg for 200::/7 ip addresses?
dr|z3d bpb: no
dr|z3d re reverse dns cache, once your cache has a good number of router addresses cached, opening pages with flags or hostnames on them should be pretty quick. around 15K cached hostnames and things are more or less instant.
dr|z3d current cache status indicated on /info
cumlord for your http filter, does it go off the b32 from the header or what the tunnel gives you?
dr|z3d the b32 header and the connection b32 should be the same.
uop23ip just for info: same thing happened with the parallel torrent downloading with standalone, near same timing of events. grey now, 2x log ls expired
dr|z3d do you have a startup delay for torrents?
uop23ip in the router integrated snark yes, standalone did not find it so no. does the delay occurs if manual start all?
dr|z3d if you're not auto-starting, the delay won't have any effect.
uop23ip only do all manually
cumlord probably overthinking it wasn’t sure if I could spoof header somehow
dr|z3d unlikely.
dr|z3d I mean, sure, you can spoof _some_ headers, but not your b32.
dr|z3d this dessert has your name all over it, cumlord: drop.i2p/uploads/5507cf1427f04ee49f8d314433a6a766.webp
dr|z3d *crickets*
cumlord I mean idk if it’s produced on server or client side, if it’s client side I think I should be able to spoof it
cumlord yeah that’s going in my ass
dr|z3d the header I think is generated by the server, derived from your dest.
cumlord *** be boofing instead ***
cumlord ah it no matter then
dr|z3d entertain us, harry!
H20 brb...
dr|z3d yo harry, you there?
H20 Yeah, I'm here.
H20 Don't let it get around, but I've been known to actually know what I'm talking about when I open my mouth.
bpb I wonder if the incognet folks would be open to opening up an i2p SOCKs proxy for me... that's honestly all I would need.
dr|z3d yeah, but no.
dr|z3d if you mean adding a socks proxy purokishi.
bpb Oh no, I meant for their VPS.
dr|z3d you'd configure that yourself.
bpb Since it looks like they'll setup i2p / tor exit nodes for the shared linux folks (and even generate vanity addresses for a fee).
bpb It seems like they must have a router they maintain for that purpose.
dr|z3d not entirely sure what you want, but if you make it clearer, I can ask.
bpb Oh, sorry. I would an i2p socks5 client service tunnel to connect to.
bpb That likely would significantly reduce bandwidth requirements.
dr|z3d you mean to connect to the vos?
RN not a good idea to mix a Tor exit node and i2prouter on the same ip
bpb To connect from the vps.
RN Tor client is fine
dr|z3d if you run the vps, you can run whatever tunnels you like on your i2p router.
RN yeah you just need a connect tunnel for ssh
bpb Yeah, I guess. Maybe I'm just overly concerned about bandwidth.
dr|z3d don't be, incognet aren't fascists when it comes to usage.
