patch looks good, zzz. easy way to test is to hit some of the b32 links on notbob, they should resolve immediately.

zzz: The patch is working well so far on my testing network. Examining my logs, I can see the LS hitting the persistent data store much earlier, and the subsequent lookups are all successful.
