HI T3s|4. -21+ wasn't uploaded, -22+ was briefly available but had an issue with snark, -23+ was therefore minted to correct it :)

and the latest update corrects another minor snark issue.

most of the snark javascript has been refactored, so there may be minor issues still. let me know if you bump into any.
