dr|z3d zzz: I propose/suggest that the next release version is 3.0.0 instead of 2.10.0, both because it's probably a good idea to run to 10 and then bump the major version, and also because PQ.
dr|z3d *run to 9
zzz up to idk but I'd suggest waiting until PQ is default
dr|z3d are we making it available next release?
zzz we both merged it
dr|z3d yup, so, I don't think we need to wait until it's default, it's in the code, let's 3.0! eyedeekay, thoughts?
dr|z3d 10 releases per major version seems like plenty.
dr|z3d any improvement from your end with gitea and pushing code?
dr|z3d also, merged your participating tunnel throttler code, no issues to report as yet. seems fine.
mareki2p In I2CP protocol, in MessageStatusMessage, what does "Guaranteed Success" status mean? According to the docs it means "Probable success". Yeah. Does it mean the sending router knows the message arrived at the receiving router? Is it even possible for sending router to know this? Or does it mean something else?
